Even the hardware solution will be cracked eventually... It's just a question of whether the crack will go main stream or not... I mean people have "cracks" of the DBS's dishes such that you can watch everything, and not pay a dime... So what.. Most people would not know how to do it or care to have it.
How many people got Memphis from the Alt.Binaries.warez group??? It was(is) there, just like all software way before it is released to the public... Piracy exists in everything, especially dealing with computers... Bootleg VHS can be had in any major city in the US... A blockbuster tape was recently rented with Jerry Mcguire on it, and at the end of the tape was home footage from a couple a years ago... I'd like to see Wayne explain that one.. But that is how wide spread piracy is.. Even Billionaire do it... And no one in LA LA land or DC can do anything about it but cause minor distribution problems... Sooner or later they will realize this, and these types of conversations will be very academic...

The same is true of DVD, I believe... Just because it can be cracked, doesn't put it at risk.. But if you make it easy enough, like another software solution, then it could be a problem on PC's!
