Jarvis Entertainment Group Affirms 10SB Filing Plan; MyIkonboard Preps for
October Release

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 6, 2001--Internet technology
and entertainment holding company Jarvis Entertainment Group Inc.
(Pink Sheets: JRVE) affirms its intention to register a form 10 filing
with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the fourth quarter of
2001.

particularly our Onsite and Network divisions. Our business model of
multiple revenue streams and a substantial asset base has served us
well, bucking the current economic climate," said John Jarvis,

deficit free, with approximately 47,000 in debt service per quarter;
debt service should be fully paid in two years. As we close some

MyIkonboard, a remotely hosted interactive community version of
industry leader Ikonboard, the forum software used by millions on web
sites across the globe, preps for an early October release. "Over
1,000 downloads in the first 30 minutes punctuated the Jarvis Network
release of Ikonboard beta version 3.0 (iB3) to the public; we're
braced for similar interest in this product," said Mathew Mecham,
Vice President of Network Development. "Additionally, JEG expects the
final version of iB3 to be gold the week September 10th."
