Victor You have made some good points. I also see the facts and because of the economy and stock markets massive rise in the last 10 years we have to digest that for awhile before we resume the upward climb. On another note since we can only post comments and ideas in an email format it is hard for all of us to comment and talk without misleading intents getting out. I truly wish every one here on this thread good investing and profits. Many times I wish we could all get together over a beer somewhere and shoot the breeze. Talking to people face to face can be much more productive than doing it here. We all need to keep things civil on the thread. Sometimes our responses come out just a little bit too black and white without the nuances that help people communicate better. Eric
