Your initial point is a good one. We'll see in 2005 what really happens. In the meantime, have you noticed Vodafone's move to roll out "3G" at 64 kbps in 2002? Better service than that already exists in Korea!

The Euros may be building a bridge, but it seems to me that the US and Asia have got the bridges built and are now looking at airports while the Euros are still trying to figure out whether the bridge will be cantilever or suspension.
