Given the Roche trial and the charges against Genentech claiming they stiffed the City of hope for royalty payments due it, just how do companies like Incy and others, that have a big stake in licensing technology, monitor utilization of the technology they have licensed? Am asking here since several companies in the portfolio license technology.
