COMPX/NDX back to yesterday's lows. The favoured 'flat' says this is where we bounce for a spell. The *alternate* bear count says "tighten the helmut" because this is the puke point.

Of course, SOX is at new lows as are the spoos, although the latter is not far enough underwater yet to invalidate a flat scenario there.
