OK so PRSF is now trading down around book value and only slightly higher than cash value per share. Basically this says that the company's billing software platform is worthless, despite the fact that their clients include a majority of the largest communications providers around the world. Taken a step further, we can surmise that flexible billing solutions will not be needed in the future as pricing is not an issue in the telecom area. On the other hand, one can recognize the value here, and nibble just a bit, understanding that shareholders can continue to act stupidly, and PRSF could be at 50 cents in a few days.
