I see, well I guess that EMKR won't be listed on any of the 250 patents of MOT than. If anyone talks to EMKR could you get their opinion on what it means for the future of their system sales? It will help, hurt a little, a lot, or have no effect? Thanks in advance.

Open q) One of the things I wonder about is their making systems and end products too. Would value opinions as to whether they will be able to do this forever? Set up a future spin off of the systems division? Thanks in advance.

OT) I think I read once that some guy walked into the patent office about 1/2 hour after Alexander Graham Bell
for a patent on a phone. No one knows his name now.
How important are the early claims for these companies?
