The whole point of not catching falling knives is not predicting a low.

I have stated a number of times (actually have a bet going on with some on this thread from Feb) that ORCL will at least see $5 - will I lock myself into buying at that price - hell no - it depends on the environment at that time.

Fine, ORCL won't go out of business, but with almost 6 billion shares outstanding $5 still gives the company a $30 billion market cap with a P/S = 3.5 - which is VERY generous given a declining/stagnant earnings environment. '

$5 also represents the second leg of support and the 1999 lows.

First leg of support is $10 and I expect that to be a buying opportunity for short-term traders.
