hmmmm.... you comments make me think. Certain combinations of genes are the only way to classify race. But the small variations the make one belong to a particular race is far far less than all variations that make up all the folks. So in that some of one race figure that they are victims of the past and need payment I think one needs to identify and quantify raciness. So every member of the victim race should give a DNA sample to the FBI and have their raciness quantified so if a credit is to be made then the grade of the raciness will be accurate. I think the whole idea of the victim race is absurd but I see no reason not to plan to be fair is the victims get their way. tom watson tosiwmee
