Here is something for you: a counter claim should be made on victims' compensation. The peoples of Europe and the United States ought to be compensated for having developed science, brought about a technological and industrial revolution, provided a framework for a world system, sent missionaries to teach and heal throughout the world, created the ideas of democracy and the rule of law, suffered to overthrow centuries of tradition to make them realities, and acted to help those who had been under their rule through multi- lateral institutions like the World Bank, as well as bilateral aid. If we can figure out a formula that will balance the bad stuff with the good stuff, maybe I will get on board.........
