MESA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 16, 2001--Canyon Mountain
Entertainment Group has signed a stock acquisition agreement with
Advanced Bodymetrics Corporation (NQB:ZABC) which provides that Canyon
Mountain will be assuming management and control of Advanced
Bodymetrics.
Canyon Mountain will operate both companies from its Arizona
headquarters. A definitive agreement for the transaction is expected
within five days. Further details were not immediately available.
Canyon Mountain Entertainment is a multimedia entertainment
company based in Mesa, Arizona. The company produces award-winning
live stage shows, such as "Legendary Superstars," a Las Vegas-style
production, featuring singers and dancers in tribute performances of
some of the greatest names in American entertainment, as well as
various motion picture and television projects for cable TV markets in
the U.S. and for overseas distribution.
Advanced Bodymetrics Corporation(TM) is a high technology company
dedicated to developing products for monitoring vital functions of the
human body and displaying such data via a wristwatch or simple arm
