You are right; the bases have been covered. The rest is up to
Metzinger and co. Your suggestion to give Intercell until year
end to put flesh to bone and make good on its promises, published
and otherwise, sounds quite sensible. I daresay that the same
deadline should apply to Neild and co. at ITCO. That is to say,
if nothing of true substance and import materializes within this
year, we don the war paint.
