Not for me. I've learned the hard way to respect the cockroach theory. As Phil has already pointed out, there is never "just one" with either accounting "errors" or cockroaches.

I hate to say that I'm not surprised, but I'm not. The company has been in serious disarray ever since the merger, and I see no evidence that the situation is improving, rather than the reverse.
