housing rise below inflation and follows wages???

I dont think so in most major metro areas
in suburban Boston up 100% in 7 years
inflation is up maybe 25-30%

wages are up maybe 20%

I see property has risen at least three times the economic rates

yes, it is strong
yes, low rates have supported it
but employment and disposable income are important as hell
nobody seems to talk about "willingness to pay up"
