INTC story is the same as CSCO's extremely exciting news a few days ago. No one is changing guidance because they dont have a clue as to what to say. At this point I think the CEOs have decided its better to lie and come up short on earnings later than to add selling pressure to their stock. MOT is another great example.

INTC basically is a soft warning imo that they see things on the low side of previous ranges.
