I'm sending that link to my colleagues who have been working with STO as a field tunable dielectric.

I've used STO as a buffer layer for many years but never thought of it as superior in taking up mismatch strain. I do know that a really good epitaxial STO layer doesn't like to let oxygen diffuse thru <g>.

The holy grail? Wouldn't that be a hoot.....
