CB, it was you who whined about lawyer jargon not being universally admired by the heathens and wondered why. I kindly took the trouble to explain to you why that was so. As with all professionals, I appreciate and admire high quality ethical people with morals who do a good job. There are lawyers and judges like that [I suppose]. You have the attitude of lawyers who people do not like. CB, you see it as a 'besting'. I was trying to enlighten you. Try to forget your adversarial legal attitude. It's not a court room. There are no more dollars for stringing out the argument and refusing to accept you had something wrong. SI is about understanding, learning, thinking and philanthropic investment. Some use it as a forum to show how stupid, moronic, f'ing amateur, pathetic, etc other people are [your words to others who tried to explain orbits to you]. Give it away CB! Try playing nice. Life is fun. Your metaphysical certitude is precisely why Globalstar failed. They saw different ideas as something to be 'bested' rather than understood and integrated if correct. They KNEW they were right. Others were 7 Minute investors who could go buy Wheaties. You made some ignorant assertions about Globalstar. I explained why you were wrong. You can't seem to accept your lack of understanding. You can think you 'won' an argument. Engineers know that you 'winning' an argument won't change the orbital character of a satellite or the reasons why Globalstar failed, both of which you either still don't understand or are lying about. My guess is that you don't really understand it because I think you probably try to be honest. Estoppel means that you can't claim that you had it right for the wrong reasons [the extra fuel usage in LEOs per kilogram] and now claim that you 'bested Mq in an argument']. Ordinary people don't say you are estopped; they say you are full of it. Or, as LLCF says, I should fagggaddaboutit... I notice you didn't answer the testing question I gave you about the price.
