Jon,

BAY is certainly my favorite and I am buying it. But it is still note a sure thing. There are still several issues pending before the cash flows comes in. Feasibility, permits, environmental studies, financing... Although everything looks right at the moment, we never knoe what could go wrong.

The only thing we can say is that it is closer to a sure thing than SSRI is.
