Terry,

The volumes that we've seen since March seem uncharacteristic of a stock that maybe has at best 11.7 miilion shares in float, and I would say subtantially less - I'm holding, your holding, the officers have to hold, and I know others who are holding. The volumes we've seen have easily exceeded the float, probably several times. At such low prices and without information, it would be a risky stock to trade if you were expecting positive news "any day" since March. We've seen activity that I doubt we'll ever get answers to, for instance, 728K shares trading on 6/4 with no material price movement followed by 748k on 6/9 that trade within a 3 cent range of 65 cents. A little over one week later and we are up 104% over those accumulation levels. Good timing guys, you that got in before the move. How did you know?

Another thought - Winco initially acquired 13 million shares of Struthers giving it 52.6% ownership. The agreement provided for the issuance of an additional 53.3 million (post-reverse split) shares of Struthers to Winco after certain regulatory and corporate law requirements are met. Maybe those shares have been issued, still I don't think there is any way they can be traded.

We did well this week. It's a nice feeling going into the weekend in the right direction. Have a good one.
