It would appear that they're having a miserable time with the merger. The accounting screwup may well just be an inadvertent accident. It probably was. It's impossible to know whether there will be others; or if there already has been.

I suspect that MTSN will survive and come out of this downturn as a healthier company than prior to the mergers.

But there clearly is more risk now than at any time in the past.
