John,

<But I'm really curious about the analyst spin tomorrow. I don't expect them to see it the same way that we do>

It is quite clear from their(analysts) comments that they are influenced more by rhetoric, fear and emotion, than by common sense. Intel has 75% of the PC CPU market and yet these analysts base their view of an Intel disaster on the warning forecast of the remaining 25%. Like the people on the AMD thread who have been predicting doom for Intel based on the losses of AMD. Don't the analysts realize that Intel, not AMD, is the influencing indicator?

The relationship between Intel and AMD can be described by the paradigm, "when one sneezes the other catches a cold". The problem with the AMD'ers and the dipstick analysts is that they think "if AMD sneezes Intel must be catching a cold". The events up to this point are actually proving that "if Intel sneezes, AMD must be catching pneumonia". IMHO.
