A few thoughts for the bulls: The earnings growth of the semis was pumped up over the past few years by the internet bubble, and even when the recovery comes the earnings outlook might seem quite anemic. The internet was the biggest "killer app" that the tech industry has seen, and the like of it will probably not be seen again for many years, if ever. Any ideas as to what the next killer app is? The next bull market will probably have different leaders from the last. Long term I like tech too...long term like 5 or 10 years...hope you're patient!
