Sam, HLIT has substanitially cut product sales to its distributors. ANTC accounts for less than 10% of the sales. They have established their own sales force and distribution system,their main offices are on the east coast of the U.S.(I think Philadelphia),and their new sales office is in the U.K. They have a good end to end management system called Netwatch(I think it works on Windows95),They have digital transmission products with MPEG2,called Transcend,and a new narrowcast system for voice and telephony. GLW and LU cannot focus as well as HLIT,and are not that adept at installing and configuring their systems. HLIT has a great new research facility in Haifa,Israel headed by the cofounder Ben Nazerethy. I have heard from Israel that he and HLIT are highly regarded. I think in HFC,HLIT has a chance to become a CSCO of fiber,I have never seen a better run organization,or a better management team than HLIT. I recommend it highly,but this is my biased opinion,but my last recommendation was for ACTM at 20,its at 40 in 2 months.
