Well, then....you just keep on buying because even though there may be some small rallies here and there...Naz is taking out it's lows. And that sideline cash? Trust me...it's gone. Probably never existed. It would have entered the market on the last major rally off the lows and all that money is gone. It's a line that's been used more that a hooker at a Nevada "chicken" ranch and and right now is worth about as much as 2 cents. How long do you think people would hold all that supposed cash on the sidelines? It's been many months since that rumour has been started. Fact is trillions of dollars has been wiped out, and there's more to vanish.
