Not trading for a living yet but I want to. First step is reasonably consistent small profits, then larger ptofits or at least profits no matter which way the market turns. One must either trade both ways or at least be smart enough to get out of the way when wrong. Greg has sorely been wrong on this downturn. BUT - he got the hell out of the way when wrong. I failed to get out of the way in Jan and again april-June. Cost me my gains that I made in Feb-March. Now trying for smaller gains and I have been more consistent. BTW - JNPR below 15 I seem to recall a bet on JNPR breaking 75!! Is that person still here? M
