Companies Form Alliance to Deliver Integrated Voice Solutions to Fortune 100 Companies
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sep 6, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- General Magic, Inc. (Nasdaq: GMGC chart, msgs), a leader in voice infrastructure software, today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with TechSpan, a worldwide leader in distributed consulting. The combination of General Magic's voice technologies and TechSpan's consulting strengths will enable the companies to deliver powerful voice-enabled e-business solutions to Fortune 100 enterprises. TechSpan has licensed General Magic's Enterprise Platform for its development teams and will begin developing voice solutions for its clients using the magicTalk(R) Enterprise Platform.
