Bloch says he thinks this signals a tradable rally at least, if not necessarily new highs, and the market usually moves within about seven days. John - Hays indicated the market has rallied from this signal within 20 trading days. I believe today is day 14 so if history is a guide we can still vomitt thru next Friday with a week from monday being the 20th day
