Q&A I you stated “CBQ brand” I was unaware CBQ had a label is this a new development?

No, CBQ has shipped CBQ brand/label computers previously this year to Algeria for example. I am working on a profile for the CBQ label. But CBQ has been doing Technical Support and Service on systems sold. Hunt Valley has been servicing their CBQ systems they have sold and Networkland theirs. Compaq just named Networkland a All Star Distributor.

Will the computers CBQ sell under this alliance be Nexar brand or CBQ brand?

My understanding is CBQ but I have not gotten the specifics of this alliance. Of course someone can pay I guess to have whatever lable they want.

What division will be the center for CBQ computers?

Hunt Valley and Networkland are two locations but not sure of what this alliance brings to the table.

I noticed you have not updated and actually took down the shareholder package on your site can you tell me why?

Right, I am working on it now. The old package had all the subsidiaries broken out. CBQ is not a network of companies nor a holding company thus everything is being absorbed into the CBQ business model. The new package will be a consolidation but things are changing as Bart formats all the operations into the business model.

I realize CBQ is marketing finished products from China but are there plans to do “white box” component assembled units?

At the moment finished products is where the focus is but remember CBQ has alliances with all the big companies and does do “white box” CBQ computers where the system components are brought seperately and assembled into a finished system to meet client's orders.

What about OEM bid orders?

Once the quality assurance testing is complete I would suspect that CBQ can and most likely will bid on some of the OEM component bids. I have not heard much about this though but you never know.

Will CBQ use AMD instead of Intel micro-processors to cut costs?

In the finished products from China that will be up to Superior which processor is used. Component orders and what not, price will be a consideration. CBQ will take advantage of the price war as everyone else is doing I would assume.

I noticed CBQ has aligned itself with India in this marketing alliance?

Yes, Bart is wanting to pursue opportunities in India. Also Cisco CEO this morning on CNBC was talking about India wanting to tap into the China’s resources

How does CBQ feel about the HP-Compaq acquisition?

Bart was happy about it as was I and most everyone else that see this as one less big boy. Now HP is after another big boy, which follows the indicators of the Product Life Cycle Theory. The big boys are now having to combine in order to compete.

The release states CBQ will be Atec’s sale representative but since the wording synergy was used, will Atec sell CBQ brand computers through their network?

My understanding is it is a two way street. I really cannot say much on this at this moment.

I know if I have to have my computer fixed, I have to take it to an authorized dealer or ship it to an authorized dealer repair center so will CBQ have repair centers?

Yes, Hunt Valley and Networkland but again not sure about what the alliance brings to the table.

Typically with these alliances there are joint financing so could financing arrangements be on the horizon?

HP seems to be in buying mode would CBQ enter into negotiations to sell the company?

No offer I am aware of but everyone has their price

Will we see CBQ and Atec management changes to their board of directors?

I do not know what advantage that would have.

CBQ has put out some very impressive releases but nothing appears to be happening to the stock price. What is your personal opinion why CBQ is not getting interest?

CBQ is in the same dilemma as the rest of the market. This is a market correction (Bear Market) where money (Buyers) are on the sidelines watching for an entry. We are working on getting the information out to wallstreet and not paying some P&D promotion firm that gets stock, brings in interest and sells out. Better to do it the way we are doing it.

My personal opinion: Shorters and naysayers are as thick as locust is what one guest on CNBC stated. This goes along with the concept the market forces are looking for compitulation, the emotional frustrations such as slamming the enter key to sell a security that the market forces are playing down, the occasional clinching of the fist when reading the nonsense some post and say that are designed to get emotional sells, the tilting or shaking of the head are gestures of complete compitulation to the idiocy of the stock market. Joe Kernan is infamous for this and thus you can imagine why the buyers are not in the market. Even this morning the analysts came under fire and one columinist was talking about people doing their own due diligence and not listening to the guff from wallstreet on stocks that were a buy at $100.00 and a buy all the way down but at $1.00 suddenly is a sell. That leads to the possibility that there is a bit of nonsense going on. What will really kick the analysts is once on the absolute floor and starts going up and the analyst do not issue a buy until it is up 5-10 bag. I have watched other good News come out on other companies and it is not having any affect. Joe on CNBC just said that the even MSFT news of not being broke up had no affect. The market still went down and he was shaking his head a bit. There are no buyers in the market and gravity hurts since most of the money is still sitting on the sideline.

I believe the market forces are going to take the Dow to 9600 and the NASDAQ to 1500 before they let up. But that is just my opinion ...
