Only lower oil prices can save the economy now. Oh? 22% down in a year and 26% down from the 12-month high not good enough for you? And why is oil the key? And probably deficit spending will be needed soon, also. More spending? WRONG! Try tax cuts we don't have to wait years to see. Specifically, let's have a capital gains tax cut.
