C AXP JPM: They tell me that we cannot have a sustained rally until the financials turn upward. Does not mean there will not be up days or even up weeks. Just that there will not be a real turn around of direction from bear to bull market. Most think lower rates will hurt the financials but that may not be true. Most financials these days are fee based rather than interest rate based. There also may be a financial crisis lurking out there somewhere. As I have said these three stocks have me worried. Then again I'm always worrying about some thing. Then again what the heck do I know? I'm still just learning how to play this game, chartseer
