I hear ya and I agree that a waterfall from here is not the odds play.
As gloom creeps into the mind, one can always talk oneself out of the odds bet -- in this case, that we do not waterfall. However, we do have an unusual confluence of negative factors here that make me more fearful than normal of bottom-picking. Dollar hurting, banks tanking, complacency of investors, Europe at new lows, Japan's a disaster, liquidity is making its way to M3, oh hell, I could go on, but you get the point.
You guys go ahead and trade the odds play. For me, I want to stay sold until bully whips me. If I forego the first leg of a decent rally, then so be it.
