I think Kudlow just said that the market is smart and the fed should listen to it. Another old wives tale to go with don't fight the fed, the april lows will hold, don't short a dull mkt, traders in the Hamptons keeping the mkt from going up, stocks always go up over the long run, etc, etc, etc. I wonder exactly what timeframes Kudlow thinks the market is "smart" in, I never could really understand that statement.
