When you come to a fork on the road, do not hesitate, do not dawdle, make a choice, and move, fast, steady, without hesitation; take the fork, either branch. Thanks. I think I see the fork approaching. By the way, your mainland Chinese friend is in good hands. Put him in beautiful real estate. The world is getting physically uglier and the beautiful places will appreciate like mad. They already have.
