Bob, absolutely.

Now, a little off topic discussions, if you don't mind. People who like to short based on fundamentals should take a look at BAANF. It's a Dutch software company with a niche high end client server market for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Very similar to PeopleSoft. Market cap 6.5 B. 98 M shares outstanding. Revs last Q 124 M. Now a few fundamental ratios(trailing 12 months) to get you started:

P/S = 15
P/B = 37 (book value = 1.8)
PE = only 143

A couple of analysts downgraded the stock 3-4 weeks ago because of price. Stock broke out today thanks to favorable mention by a Morgan Stanley analyst yesterday in the WSJ. Stock closed at ~66, I added Aug60 puts today (@ 2 1/4) to my Jul 55 puts.
