Yaacov I have not seen any recent downgrades and I do not think that Salomon downgraded Intel. I believe they rated Intel as "hold" for a while. The interesting thing is that the outlook for intel looks extrimly negative for at least a short term. And Salomon analysts were not politically carefull as they usually are but rather openly against intel. Shalom -Albert
