Mikie,

I agree with you.

I was quite dismayed when I talked with IR about current affiliations that were previously announced by INSP.

On the one hand, INSP said if they haven't announced something, then they are not doing it. So, in essence they said, don't read into anything beyond what is announced. BUT then they confirmed that just because INSP announced a deal or partnership in the past, it does not mean that the deal or partnership is still active. Nicole Knowles said that INSP does not post the loss of those deals/partnerships.

How fair is that?

INSP: Hey great news, we have XYZ!!!! Yeah!!!!! (unstated, GREAT NEWS, SOMETHING HAS CHANGED THAT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF! BUY OUR STOCK!)

-time elapse here-- tick, tick, tick...

XYZ drops INSP.

INSP: {0}
(unstated, NOTHING HAS CHANGED THAT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF!)

Sure INSP is not the only company doing this. It is like the Pro-Forma overuse of accounting. It may have served a very narrow focus at one time, but it ballooned in use to keep us average 'retail investors' further from the truth.

Anything that serves to delay our knowledge furthers our disadvantages in the investment community.

What will it take? I think that nothing short of a board like this one I am trying to build where all the serious investors (retail Joe Public's like me) can take turns calling a company on a daily, or weekly basis and demand to know what is current. I like the fact I read on this threat another investor irritated enough to call the company themselves to find something out!...Way to go Mr. Dan Hamilton! I can't wait to read your answer (please get the name of the person you talk with!)

YOU CANNOT ASSUME ANYTHING! This was evident when I began calling to verify PUBLISHED NEWS STORIES. Even those stories contained inaccurate facts, or were vague enough to let one gather more favorable opinions than were actually announced (intentional?--who knows.)

But left to what they would offer us, WE KNOW NOTHING!
