I just located the C-CUBE PR dated 5/8/96 and it mentions only C-Cube not DiviCom. "C-Cube Selected By Tee-Comm and TV/COM to provide End-to-End MPEG-2 Digital Video Solution for AlphaStar Digital DTH System.....",May 8, 1996.
