Everybody's waiting for Greenspan to make a move; if he does they can save their own PPT funds...Kudlow on CNBC this morning was practically begging the Secretary of Labor to tell Greenspan to drop rates 25bp today. (BTW, the best "spin" she could muster over the unemployment numbers was that "construction added 5000 jobs"; yeah that balances out those 100,000 manufacturing and technology jobs.)
