It will be interesting to see whether agnostic/atheist community weighs in on this.

That would seem to be a bit premature, not that that ever stopped anyone on SI from opining. The studies have suggested a relationship but no one has proposed an explanation, which is what we'd need to have a discussion. The closest thing I saw to a proposed explanation was this:

There's no suggestion of what kind of intelligence this might be or how the prayers get routed and converted into healing. Should we be buying shares in Cisco or sacrificing lambs? Not a hint. Without anything more substantial than a suggestion of a correlation, there's not much to discuss.
