I've been posting about stock promoter Kathy if you remember. she's hyping npct another tk toxic funding deal. She said the deal and entities involved were good and encouraged the shareholders to go for it. Denson seems to know her personally, saying I should be nice to her as she is sick and needs the money. Some of the ivnestors are sick and need money. What about those guys?

Hi Kathy, she'll respond to you in personal terms- she'll do anything it takes to rile you. The Feds should indeed look into her activities, but not just her, also those she is aligned with.
Only rich trust fund kids can afford to spend time doing what she does otherwise. Personally, and it's only a hunch.... I think the tie between her and certain hedge fund operators .... if it could be unravelled would explain a lot. The people she associates with in this regard, are the most notorious in the industry- some with criminal records if I recall properly.
She has no fear of lawsuit threats or message board rules.
I firmly believe, at this particular point in market history, that some of these illicit operators are looking to bury their naked shorts by way of pushing small co's into Ch 11. I have lived through this before..... it's just an awful thing to watch happen, but as a member of a group that tried everything to stop it once a few years ago.... the system allows them to stay undercover. The loose information requirements for the shorters in the marketplace protects them quite well in this regard. Until the authorities come to their senses and make changes to safeguard the general investing public, we are at the mercy of such white collar criminals. |
