I don't disagree with most of what you said. However, delisting and bankruptcy are fairly remote possibilities at this point. They can always do a share consolidation; gawd knows they have enough of them outstanding! And cash should be sufficient to weather the storm for the next 18 months.

That being said, a share consolidation is rarely if ever favorable to shareholders. The newly consolidated price inevitably declines further.
