Truman...my favorite color is green (not because its the color of money), but I think red is the most threatening color for going to war. I will put my name to paper in a formal, group, SEC complaint (against Intercell's former mgt. team) if calendar year end '97 proves that their past actions were clearly not in INCE's shareholder's best interest. But, we'll have to play this hand out first.

I hope this rhetoric is short lived and that by Christmas we can all believe in Santa Claus once again.

I have more faith in INCE (Sigma 7 and PIC; especially Sigma 7) than I do in ITCO, but I'd be very pleased to see both prosper. The memory chip business is huge, and according to sources I know, the percentage of chips that don't meet specs can be as high as 10-15%. In a mulit-billion dollar market, that kind of market opportunity for Sigma 7, their test equipment, and proprietary patching technology, is nothing to sneeze at. Sigma 7 could be a multi-hundred million dollar per year company in 4-5 years.
