"I want a free market. I think that all of the tweaking that the fed did in the past few years is what put us in the situation we are in now." I agree with you 100%! That is why I'd like to see one last surprise rate cut....and a statement that the rate cuts are over. The "tweaking" by the FOMC has IMO been exactly what has put us in the situation where we are...beginning with the year 2000 worries that never existed, and fighting "inflation".
