Sam, it is very hard to find data.but yes they are dong systems integration work. I believe their sales force and the company in general is focusing overseas. The U.S. accounted for 40% of sales last year,20% to the Americas(a big chunk to Rogers in Canada,which has a large build-out planned with @Home),17% in Asia(Wharf Cable in Hong Kong,and about 23% in Europe(mostly in the U.K. to 3 accounts,CableTel is one). You can find information about HLIT at their website harmonic-lightwaves.com also look at their hlep wanteds to get an idea. Sam I believe they are a very strong company for their size,but don't have enough specifics to corrorborate this. Tim
