I have not been on it around rush hour for several years....... It doesn't move at 80 during rush hour, I'm pretty sure. I travel it mid day and as infrequently as possible. When I've been on it during rush hour, it's been crawl and go. I'm not aware of that stretch as especially inviting road rage. I really haven't been paying much attention to those reports since I'm not much affected. So I can't answer your question.
