Hi Jim. FN & KGC takeover of majority control of ECO is really quite a story already. And don't think we've even scratched the surface yet. There's no doubt in my mind that we're going to be entertained with some truly fascinating wheeling and dealing stuff when it all becomes public.<G> Whether or not all of it is or isn't in compliance with security regulations and with ECO mgts fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders OR proper disclosure of material information, remains to be seen. KGC has been my largest position for about a month now. With GLG & GG (after boosting GG another 30% near todays cls) neck and neck for a close 2nd. So, I'm not without mixed feelings about what might surface about this deal in the weeks and months ahead. Isopatch
