Jon, Although I used to live just off Kettner Blvd. at Park Rowe, I didn't have cable and don't know what other providers are around San Diego. But for argument's sake, let's imagine that one of the smaller operators had Oceanside, another had Rancho Santa Fe, and another had La Jolla. Now suppose Cox wanted them all. What kind of cost savings might be realized by consolidation and are there any difficult interoperability barriers?
