Plan to improve economy.

Tax rebate (dems wanted a bigger one)
Tax cuts
Encourage fed to lower interest rates

Now, I hear talk about a capital gains tax cut which would be a good idea.

Reducing the surplus ($158 billion projected) would also be a good idea.
