It's all choice to obey the law or disobey the law. I don't think that's the choice. This is not your island. The choice in this scenario is between driving relatively safely and obeying the law. We shouldn't have to deal with that irony and make that choice. The road rage that Neo referred to was against cars going 55, which I just now remembered. I used to refuse to go over 65-70 and let cars line up behind me, but not any more. My former vigilante streak is behind me. Karen
